What can I expect in Slow Flow Yoga?

In our Slow Flow class, you consciously leave stress outside and concentrate completely on your body for an hour. At the beginning of the lesson, a topic is introduced that invites you to rethink your usual thought patterns. In addition to the clean execution of the asanas (yoga postures), the focus is on your breath. You integrate the breath into your movement sequences and thus address the parasympathetic nervous system. Although the transitions are instructed slowly, you will work up a sweat during the lesson, as even the smallest muscle groups are addressed. Thus, our Slow Flow Yoga offers an hour that strengthens you both physically and mentally and stretches out shortened muscles. The lessons are equally suitable for beginners as well as advanced learners, since various levels of difficulty are offered in the exercises.
