Aerial Yoga Teacher Training
This four day course will give you all the skills you need to comfortably teach aerial yoga classes.
Fly through the air with us in Aerial Yoga, dive into deep relaxation in Sound Healing Yoga, or strengthen your muscles in Vinyasa Flow.
In addition to our various classes, the studio and beautiful private garden are a real highlight. The sun's rays shimmering through the leaves of the chestnut trees, the chirping of birds and murmuring of the fountain create a tranquil oasis of relaxation.
In summer we have the opportunity to practice yoga outside, in a sheltered setting with no onlookers and surrounded by fragrant roses and fig trees. And you know what's the best part about it? The studio is located in the heart of Basel, in the middle of the city!
When it gets cooler outside, classes continue in our cozy studio. We have everything you need for your yoga class. In addition to yoga mats, blocks, straps, and blankets, we also have yoga hammocks so we can fly together in Aerial Yoga.
