I have been attending Secret Garden Yoga Studio for the past four months, specifically taking aerial yoga classes taught by Nadine and Jay. I cannot express enough how amazing both instructors are. As a complete beginner, I initially felt clumsy and unsure of myself, but with their guidance and support, I have seen incredible results. Not only have I noticed changes in my body, but my ability to replicate and perform the exercises has greatly improved.
I attended an aerial yoga workshop and walked out feeling amazing afterwards. Both Nadine and Jay are really professional, welcoming and happy to help whenever you are struggling with a pose. I hope this studio gets all the recognition it deserves!
The Secret Garden Yoga Studio is a very warm and welcoming studio. Nadine and Jay are amazing, always making sure everyone feels comfortable and safe. The studio itself is super cute, and aerial yoga has done wonders for my back and shoulder tension. I recently tried the gentle aerial and sound healing class: Lisa’s voice is magic! It’s a perfect way to wrap up a Sunday! Highly recommend!
