In our Slow Flow class, you consciously leave stress outside and concentrate completely on your body for an hour. At the beginning of the lesson, a topic is introduced that invites you to rethink your usual thought patterns. In addition to the clean execution of the asanas (yoga postures), the focus is on your breath. You integrate the breath into your movement sequences and thus address the parasympathetic nervous system. The transitions are instructed fluently and you can work up quite a sweat during the lesson. Thus, our Slow Flow Yoga offers an hour that strengthens you both physically and mentally and stretches out shortened muscles. The lessons are equally suitable for beginners as well as advanced learners, since various levels of difficulty are offered in the exercises.

Experience a transformative experience in this vinyasa class which focuses on both physical and mental well-being. As you enter the studio, you'll be invited to leave the stresses of daily life behind and concentrate completely on your body for an hour.
Nadine opens her yoga classes with the smell of the ancient, South American wood Palo Santo. The scent of palo santo is said to have a calming effect on the nervous system, helping to reduce stress and anxiety. In addition it is also believed to have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, making it a great tool for promoting overall health and well-being. As the light smoke drifts through the space, Nadine invites her students to take a deep breath and set an intention for their practice. She then introduces a topic that encourages you to rethink your usual thought patterns, helping you to cultivate a sense of mindfulness and presence that is essential for a successful yoga practice.
During the class, you'll move through a series of yoga postures (asanas) in a deliberate manner, with a focus on linking your breath to your movements. This helps to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for rest and relaxation. By integrating your breath into your movement sequences, you'll cultivate a sense of inner peace and mental clarity.
One of the unique features of our Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga class is the emphasis on clean execution of yoga postures, so called Asanas. Nadine will guide you through each pose, ensuring that you are using proper alignment and technique to avoid injury and get the most out of your practice.
Although the transitions are instructed fluently, you'll still work up quite a sweat during the class. This makes it a great way to build strength, flexibility, and balance, while also stretching out shortened muscles and improving overall physical fitness.
In the end you will receive a short aroma neck massage which allows you to glide into a deep state of relaxation in your Savasana. If you would like to enjoy your Savasana without this massage you can always give us a little handsign.
