Mamasté
Prenatal Yoga
This course is made for YOU – whether you're new to yoga or want to continue your practice during your pregnancy.
It offers you a safe and supportive space where you can move, relax, and connect—not only with yourself and your baby but also with other women who are going through a similar journey.

Taking a holistic approach, these classes integrate not only the physical aspects of yoga but also the energetic and emotional dimensions. This class serves as an anchor during this special time, giving you the opportunity to consciously experience your journey into motherhood. The sequences are adapted to the unique physical and energetic needs of pregnant women. Through movement, breathwork, and mental focus, we promote balance beyond the mat, supporting women throughout pregnancy and into motherhood.

The aim of the aerial silk
A key element of this course is the aerial yoga silk, which is also used in labour rooms, where it’s called a birth sling. The silk can support you when giving birth, guiding you comfortably into a beneficial birthing position, relax between contractions and allow gentle movement. Many women encounter this tool for the first time during labour, which can feel unfamiliar and overwhelming—sometimes leading them to avoid using it altogether. Here, you’ll get the chance to become comfortable with it, learn how to use it, and experience firsthand how it can support you during birth.
